I contacted New York consulate to find out why they are sending back my evidence so soon after receiving my application (5 days)....they wrote me this

Dear Mr. _____________,

At this time, we are waiting for your medical results.    Submit a copy of the receipt as proof of compliance with this requirement.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.

I emailed them back telling them I had submitted this with my application...now what do I do???? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi  robertbola,
Isn't this similar to the case we were discussing? Did you ask your spouse in Canada to contact Mississauga about this? Also how did you get in touch with NYC consulate?

Hi Newbie,

My spouse lives with me here at home...we live together....our file got sent to buffalo. Because it';s outland we did everything and send the medical receipt with the application.

Mississauga has nothing to do with this at this stage. I was asking about the medical not being on E-CAS however I just thought that they had not gone to that stage of going to Ottawa....but the fact that they need this receipt which I provided (100% sure) is scary.

When you submitted your application, I guess you submitted to Mississauga where the sponsorhip was approved and then Mississauga transferred your application to Buffalo. Isn't medical report receipt also part of the application that goes to Mississauga?

yes- but I would think that would also get transferred to Buffalo....do you think they might have lost it.

That is very unlikely and I hope it is not lost.

Contact the DMP, ask when the medical was sent to the processing office (ottawa) inform the US office by email that the medical was sent to Ottawa and such and such a day.

I also remember my DMP telling me it was possible for me to track my medical after 10 weeks of getting it done, but I again I have no idea if thats just his office or any office. I would have to try and dig out the paper he gave me on this.
