hi guys! i need to be enlightened on this issue :

my work permit will expire on the 11th of april, and up to this date i dont have my new LMO yet (my employer already applied)
when my LMo comes and we apply for a work permit can i go for a brief vacation in the Phils. while my work permit is still on process?

i understood that you can continue to work even under a expired work permit (implied status), so can a TFW under implied status go for a brief vacation while the new work permit is still on process?

PLS. HELP

Implied status is gone as soon as you leave Canada and you'll be stuck in the philippines while waiting for the decision on your new work permit application.

definitely true........not a good idea to go for vacation without work permit...
