As per CIC there is a new generic form for all applicants applying for PR...this also affects spouse PR application.

New form is online version with barcode system.

Now what if I had everything ready to be posted next week..was just waiting for some documents from my wife...

now i ll have to ask my wife to fill up new form , sign it send it to me...which will waste more time now..

anybody contacted CIC about this issue ? if we can still submit the same old forms or no...

this CIC is giving me hard time now..

As stated on the CIC's website, the older forms are still valid until March 31, 2012.

So the spouse does not need to feel out additional dependents/declaration form (which is new) if we do not have kids..or no other dependents....

The additional dependents form (IMM 0008DEP) is to list additional dependents that won't fit on IMM 0008 (which has room for 5). You don't need it.
