Hi
I wanted to apply for migration on Jan 2010 but there was a list of jobs they only accept from.
I wasnt in that list.

now i read that there is a new Law for 26 Jun 2010!!!
does that mean the list of job has been rolled out?!

am I able to apply for migration as Computer Programmer?

if so, what is the Fast Track in immigration

Computer programming isn't in the 26 June 2010 list and you will now be waiting to find out what the list is to be for the period from 1 July 2011 on.  Go to the official CIC website and keep checking for updates.  Read the application process and find out which documents you require.  It is now mandatory to have the English exam (IELTS General) for every applicant as well.  Lots of changes.  I hope you will find a job in the list that you have performed for a minimum of one full paid year in the past 10 years.  That is the first requirement.  Good Luck.
