Can someone explain what has happened?
Have they been announced yet.
Also I applied before feb 2007 so what does this mean for me?

yeah yeah yeah, I'd love to be spoon-fed, and I'd love to have a personal assistant who updates me on the current affairs every morning with a cup of tea!

yes, they have been announced.
you applied before feb 2007, so it doesn't affect you.

Thanks for your help. Just my immigration consultant did not inform me of anything so probably as they do not affect me.
