EFFECTIVE December 23, 2010: If you are submitting a language test with your application, the results are now valid for 2 years from the time you took the test, instead of 1 year. This change applies to Federal skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class and Business Class Immigrants (investors, entrepreneurs and self-employed people).

really great news...but CIC havn't updated their document checklist and immigration guide yet. Maybe it will take a week to put this change in the immigration guide and document checklist.

thanks,

Hi

CHC may have taken this decision...of two years validity... as they may be thinking of further delays in picking up files.(Hope this aint going on in their minds). One can never say. As it is they are dragging their feet, God knows what lies ahead.

CHC knows that applicants will wait for "Good news" ..so keep them happy with the news that validity has increased. They may possibly raise the validity for PCCs too. Anything can happen.

This delay is getting on the nerves...with RBVO in and out every day.
Wishing the best to everyone here...may everyone's dreams be realised.
