NEW PROCESSING TIMINGS OF LONDON VISA OFFICE FOR FEDERAL INVESTERS.

According to CIC web site new timmings of 80% cases being dealt by London visa office for FEDERAL INVESTER CATEGORY is = 30 Months !

Hi There!

My spouse and I are residence of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We applied federal investor on June 2009 at London office and our medical examination was done on August 2010, but now it is expired and there is 26 months completed from June 2009. We sent three times follow up letter to the London office during last year and they said our application is under background check. Also, we got 1.5 years TRV visa in July 2011.

Now who does know when we will get our investment instruction plan? Also, I need to know when they gave us 1.5 years visit visa it means  we will get our landing visa after 1.5 years or next two or three months?

Please let me know your exact information about my case.

you people are still lucky , look at my case i applied jan 2008 and still i am waiting for documents request. May 2011 , my case was transfer to london office ,

now still i dont have any idea when i will be able to get documents request letter?

Hi Irfan,
How are you doing?

We applied through a Canadian Lawyer in Dubai. We received our medical examinations by London office automatically and we did our examinations on August 2010. It is one year past from our medicals and I need to know that when they want to send our investment instruction plan?
Also we applied for visit visa on July 2011 from Dubai and we got one and half years multiple visas. I suggest you that get a lawyer to proceed your application.

If someone knows that how long takes time to get second medical examinations or investment instruction plan please let me know.

 @  nabil2009.....I have the exact case you're describing but the only difference is that my application got acknowledged in December 2008..i clearly remember while applying in the investor/business class that the very reason why we chose this class was because its less processing time which was 8 months(max) back in 2008...and i just went to the CIC website and they're not showing the updated processing times for Islamabad,Pakistan!

So u applied for visit visa ahan,i was also shocked that how can they give you a visit visa when u have applied for permanent visa.

Well my application is being processed by the top law firm in Canada (CLARK WILSON LLP) but due to the burden of files in London visa office they are taking alot of time.

When you check your status online on CIC site what does it say

I am Quebec Investor class applicant. I applied at CHC Islamabad in first quarter of 2009. My case transferred to London on 27, Jan 2011. But no reply from CHC yet. The CIC mentioned timeline CHC London for Quebec Investor is 13 months. Almost 7 months have passed but no progress.

 @ A.B : You applied in Quebec invester category,that should not realy take alot of time but i think u will hav to wait another 4 to 6 months, GOOD LUCK !
