This is the first step.
1- Forms + all docs mentioned in your VO checklist except police certificates + processing fee (550 CAD per adult and 150 CAD per minor)
You get your AOR which means CIO has accepted your app and it falls under 1000 apps per classified occupation as well as 20000 apps per year (rule change on 26th june.. plz refer to
www.cic.gc.ca for this) The letter includes next step which will probably be to submit police clearance certificates.
2- ViSA office gets your file from CIO......... they send additional doc request which can be police certificate of CIO`s letter does nt mention that.
3- VO sends medical request + RPRF (right of permanent residence fee (490 CAD per adult... fee for minors is waived off)
4- VO sends passport request.
5- VO sends back passport with Visa s and landing papers.
Hope it gives u better idea.
Thanks Haral!!
So, do you mean to say that there is no need for a second time/ round of application for the local visa office or a second round of fee payment

The initially Applicaiton & the Supporting docs sent to CIO (nova scotia, canada) will be transferred directly to the local visa office by themselves.

? There is only one payment altogether

please help sir.
