Ok Guys...
To continue this discussion: What will the status say when a H1B is cancelled by the employer?
I just checked my status with EAC-** and it says that "we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER"
I think my employer may be bluffing me that he cancelled my H1B, should the status not say "Cancelled".
Any thoughts...
