Too early for such question.

Unfortunately, Dr Hasib has the only crystal ball on the Forum and I don't know if it has been used for determining NOC lists???  If your occupation is not in the present list, follow all other possible avenues for immigration, including other countries if you wish.  As there were no changes to the list for two years one may speculate that it increases the possibility that there MAY be some movement next year, but who can say for sure?  If you have the time and inclination, start reading reputable studies about employment, find where the gaps are in the market, and future projections.  It is also amazing how policy changes can affect things.  For example, NOC 0631 (Restaurant and Food Services Managers)has been on the list for quite a while.  In recent years, Canada decreased the allowable blood alcohol levels for drinking and driving, and banned smoking in bars, restaurants, and public buildings.  Tax laws changed and increased the tax paid on meals in some provinces.  The result has been safer streets and lower revenues for restaurants and some have had to close.  One may wonder whether 0631 will still be included in the future.
