I just read the new Harper cabinet on:

and they have a new person on immigration: Jason Kenney

My question is :

He's the boss of The Honourable Diane Finley? or the new guy is in charge of everything Diane Finley starts?

Diane Finley was the minister.  Now we have a new minister, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/minister/index.asp

It's still the same government so there should not be big policy changes though.

Jason Kenney has a profile prepared by me in the Skilled occupations section,I know him personally having met with him on 4 occasions and He is more powerful then Diane Finley,Since he is part of the original Harper Inner circle and holds the portfolio of CIC and Multiculturalism.He is a energetic guy,still a Bachelor and very aware of Mullticultural issues
