the job board is free. So I suggest submitting your resume to companies on-line. As for paid services, HRinmotion provides on-line courses for $40 cdn. These courses are approximately 2 hours in length and offer some great advice from a human resources perspective. There are demo's with real people. Also, resume writing services or telephone coaching. Enjoy the services offered. I wish you much success.
