Is anyone getting the new iPad? I've always wanted one, but never got around to getting one. I browse this forum a lot on my iPhone, which ha a teeny tiny screen compared to the iPad. Has anyone used their iPad with this forum before? How does it compare to a regular laptop/desktop?

Typing long messages is not good on the screen keyboard, I suggest using a wireless one if you are not out travelling.
V3 iPad, Apple just squashed the idea on that arriving anytime this year.
The V2 is not too much of a change, from the V1 - for me the dual processor is the big thing.
Notice that if you still want a V1 iPad, they are discounted by $100 at the Apple store (refurbished V1's are about another $50 off).
