Friends,

Also put some information about the Airline which you are plng to take for Canada....

I checked Emirates from Dubai - They operates the Big Bird (A380) to Toronto..

Those who are interested in Flights can take a chance in it..

Satish, I don't have anyone in Toronto either. I have looked up Safe homestay and have read a few reviews too. Seems it is a nice place to stay. Studio 6 is a little more expensive when compared to Homestay. Hotels are expensive and should not be considered at all. Let me know if you find anything else. Cheers.

The real challenge for a lot of us with no ties whatsoever to Canada will start the moment we land there. I have known of one family who were close friends of my family that could not survive the Canadian winter and lesser job opportunities (compared to the U.S.) and had to move back to their home country. Let us hope we do better than that Smiley Cheers everyone. Keep posting here so we can stay in touch. God knows, we need more NETWORKING in Canada than anywhere else in the world.

Hi there I don't have any family in Canada either but some friends who landed about 3 yrs ago. I am planning to stay here for a month until I get my feet in and know Brampton. Check it out and please post opinions i hope to land March 1.
