Can any one share their experience that how much time its taking buffalo office USA to process application for Skilled worker application after receiving file number from them .

we don't know. They haven't started processing any from Dec 2008 as far as we know.

Is this a processing status for new application under new category for skilled labor. I received my approved application for further processing file number in march . how much time i should expect ?

I don't think even the Buffalo knows lol. It turned out that I am fortunate that they hadn't looked at my file. If they had looked at my file, they would have thought I did some fraud on my university transcript because my transcript says that my thesis is in progress while degree is complete. Luckily I saw that today because i opened one of the envelopes from the university (i had ordered two) and told them and they will now send me a corrected version which i can send to CIC. If CIC had opened my application earlier, surely they would have declined me and banned me for two years for misrepresentation.

I did not send "original transcripts".
Becuase i know a case where they did issue PR without sealed envelop.
So I just submitted the notarized copy.
I am assuming they will be ok or they will get back to me with request to submit it.
I shall get it at that time.

I see, i dont think yours is bad because Narinder did get his PR like that. Perhaps it depends on the IO and your luck. Good luck.
