Very happy for you. Study and prepare prepare prepare, start job hunting/contacting employers, deciding where you will settling, contacting certain ethnic group organizations that can help you settle, showing your interest as well as your intention to remain in Manitoba.

Can`t believe just two weeks to go for 4th May and CIC have not announced the NOC list yet.
I hope they stick with May 4 and not post-pone again  Embarrassed, as they did in Jan . People can atleast
take other avenues.

Speed we are all here because we share a common dream, I am always happy to help someone else to realize their dream. o many of us including myself are still waiting for the FSW may 04 supposed start date. I encourage all others that while they wait they also pursue other options. It will be very important for you to show them your interest in Manitoba and your intention to stay there. Tell prospective employers that you can meet with the during your period there. Make a list of all the job sites you have visited and take with you to your interview. Also contact the cultural/ethnic group committee that corresponds to you and ask them valid questions about settling in Manitoba, Also take copies of these emails with you...do credential assessments to show that your degree/s are equivalent to Canadian degrees and take those with you as well, to prove that you are employment ready.

These are my few suggestions.. all the best Speed. Cheesy Don't take too long to make your visit, you need to get your visitors visa asap if you don't have one already.

Thanks a lot, thanks.

Yes I do need a visa ,will apply next week and my interview is scheduled In June. I think I have time to "learn" everything about Manitoba.

On the letter that I got, it is mentioned to make job contacts, but also about services, transportation, school for kids, real estate, community.

I am thinking that I have to concetrate and bring as much contatcs with jobs, but not giving a job hunt 100% focus, I should gather some other infos as well.

Dont know, its not that easy.
I will have to spend 2000-2500$ and ... hope I gonna pass

Thanks again.

Find anything you can that defines what full time hours are for your organization. Don't leave anything to chance.
