New forms for Buffalo Office skilled worker requirement??

I just saw the new requirements for skilled worker dated 09/2011.  That sucks for me coz I have already prepared everything but now have to redo a lot of the forms.  Nevertheless, is there also an updated requirement for the "Visa Office Specific requirements" for Buffalo, NY?   I have been googling but cannot find any.  The one I have for Buffalo is dated 11/2010. 

Another question:  If a requirement in the CIC application is also present in the Visa Office specific requirement (for example Schedule 1 Background Declaration), does that I mean have to print/obtain another copy for the Visa Office OR the one I have for the CIC requirement will suffice?

Sweet thanks PMM.  What are you thoughts about my 2nd inquiry?  Do I have to make another copy for the Visa Office specific requirement or it's unnecessary since I already have it in my CIC application requirement?
