What kind of inquiries ?
i never recvd my 2nd file no. in the beginning, sometime in Jan my E-Case changed to In-Process aftre few days i was not able to access my E-cas. Aftre couple of inquiries they replied me back with the new file no. starting with E. Was able to login with the new E no. but status again changed bk to Application Received. Now in Nov same as all AR and DM without my address. |

Dear Friends, 2 weeks before my status show decision made and application received.Saturday i have receive rejection letter from *****. i am very upset. what can i do.they said i am not eligibile foe instructor category.i am B.A and pgdc.they said only.B tech,mcas are eligibile. regards rajababu |

It is sad to know that ur case has not recvd a possitive response.
Could u please share if the reported rejection letter that u have recvd is from CHO New Delhi or the one emenated from the office of an agent u may have applied through? Kindly paste the same here for reference of all the forum members.
Please note that in order to qualify for being covered under noc4131,the following are the prerequisites:
1.A Bechelor's degree,College diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction.
2.A Master Degree in the field of instruction.
3.A Certificate,Diploma or Degree in the Adult Education.
4..For Instructions of trade,completion of apprenticeship training in an industry or trade certificate.
5.Additional Courses in Teaching or provisional Certificate.
Pl donot loose heart & explore opprtunity under PNP program.

well, but the thing is computer instructor mean to get a degree in computer science. I guess that should mean to get into consideration.. If not than I may be into risk. I dont think many of us has first or second degree in instruction? to tech computer science as a subject.. Really confused, I tried to check it in detail in CIC but Its no more in new list so,, |

Right u are.
To teach in the capacity of instructer,they have made it a requirement to have first degree
(B.Tech etc) as the minm. qualification in the specified field. A s far as noc4131 is concerned,it did exist in the list of 38 occupations which was prevelant for pre-june2010 applicants.
