As per ND VO Medical request lettr we need to take the 5 photo and the negative of the the same for the medical test

Is it required or a part of old standard letter

Negatives are must for for the X-ray test..  You may consult DMP for the same..

Thats what exactly you need to do.. you need to go to any studio and ask them to have the photograph with negative.. usually these days the negative based camera is not in practice so you might need to move around to get one..

You probably need to get 5 photographs and negative along with you.. But you can always ask your DMP for the same..

And I did medical from Ahmedabad.. So wont be having much idea about Delhi DMP, but the procedure should be almost same, I guess.. So buddy decide about the DMP soon and get appointment soon, you gonna wait after medical as well..

The DMP I went to in Chennai just wanted a soft copy of the pp photo but on a CD which they could attach to the Xray.  Best would be to check with the DMP's office.

Those who have to go through with the meds -- Now a days photographers usually don't use the negatives for colored snaps , as they are clicked using a memory card or pen drives , and moreover at the time of Xray you would be asked to sit in front of a small webcam type of camera just to assure that a right person is being checked. 5 photos each for all your family members are required definitely (Accompanying & Non-accompanying), so don't forget them ...Good Luck for your Medicals !

did you get file no. in 1st AOR...?
if yes, is that nine figure number or six figure....?
did you done with help of consultant or not....?
