yes u have to appear for IELTS again. for Canada immigration IELTS is valid for one year only.

as per my understanding it is from the date when u submit ur full app to local CHC. also it is better to be safe than sorry.

     can any body tell me. 

   1,   what happend exactely ,we reach at canada airport. what can the immigration officer demand from us. and
         which documents he will see on that time.

  2,    minimum how much funds any body take with him. we are two perso. at  the required funds we have to show in the
         embassy, those are 13,486 canadian dollers.
          now is it compulsery that we have to take minmum 13,486 dollers with us. cant we take 2 or 3 thousand deller with
           us.  its very urgent for me. please reply according to ur personal experience.

DID ONE YEAR COMPUTER DIPLOMA IN 2001-2002

I AM WORKING AS COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR FROM 8 YRS.

When you reach the Canadian airport, there will be a separate Que for immigrants where the IO will ask for passports, COPR and might ask you proof of funds as well which you have to show in transferable format like in bank accounts etc. Show as per the member immigrating. You will have to take the minimum funds listed on the website which you have quoted as 13486 CAD

No Not under 0213 but I think you can under a university professor if you teach in a University

Hi Guys,

I have recently registerd on the forum. I am a permanent resident of Canada for last three years now. I work for an immigration consultant in Vancouver but I have applied for my Sister in Law in New Delhi. I applied in Sugust, she was accepted by Sydney in September and the file was transferred to New Delhi. She completed her medicals in November and she sent her passports on NOvember 30th 2009. Still waiting for passport.

I read the comments and experience of all people who have applied and sent during same time and some have even received their passport back, like suninshine,  submitted in mid December and passoprt received. Well, it is a good learning for me although I have been working with a consultant for two years now, but still it is wierd to know how things work differently with every case.

I guess, I am new to the forum and please consider this a warm Hello from me to everyone, who is psoting on this forum. I hope my sister in law gets the passport soon. I am dyring to see some family here.

If you have worked in an institution other than a secondary and high school you are eligible to apply under 4131, even if it is not a university.
vocational institutes and college teachers are also eligible to apply.

Congratulations for your visa. I have also applied for immigration under 4131 category. I have already submitted  the pps, RPRF and Medicals. Now I am waiting for their decisions. In the mean time I am also waiting for the RPRF receipt. Since I am not in my home country, I cannot receive RPRF directly. I want to know if the receipt information will be posted to CIC website? One more question, how do they send your passport back? Did they sent you via DHL, FedEx ?
