Hi,
I have two following queries :-
1. When I notarize the documents, what is the exact language. Is it enough that "ATTESTED TRUE COPY". Below these wordings stamp and signature of lawyer.

2. If I do not claim points of my spouse, then is it essential to send experience certificates of him

Please advice

[1] Notory knows it better. He/she has already got the ready stamp for TRUE COPY

[2] If you have shown the same in activity carryed out after age 18 column, then yes you have to send certificate to prove

The quota has to do with issuance of visa. Evenif the quota for a specific NOC is filled, they can still request for medicals and passport. Only the issuance of visa may be delayed. Thanks

Well they need to know the name of the supervisor of person providing reference letters but sometimes its not possible in MNC's so CHC can call at the office and confirm

Tell me one thing people, I am not a frequent traveler outside my country only been to UK twice and Have Aus student visa now expired for which I never went and a US b1/b2 visa. Could this be a reason of delay in my background check since its been 1 month waiting for meds and PPR under fast track.

Hello Rocky,

Your are tooooo hurry and I think you need to be more patient for the following reasons:
1- In the time before, you had to wait more than 6 years in order to have your application processed! but now you have just waited for one month and you are too angry for that!!!!
2- It is not essential that the embassy will send you Medical form after the application being in process but for many reasons, they may instead send you a request for an interview.
3- your case is going very well and I don't see any delay in your case. according to your timeline everything is pretty good.
4- don't believe every single word in this forum. not everything is right.
So, just have some patience and I think everything will be ok and your visa will be stamped on your passport and you may be in Canada before the end of 2010.
Wish you best regards

Dear
Thanks for your wishes and observation regarding my case processing.
As far as patience is concerned, I am just asking question due to the normal processing. This is the fast track program and as per the new rules, it should only take 6 - 12 months of processing. That was the reason I applied for IMMI. Now my purpose of asking these question in this forum and creating threads is only to educate and provide information for other applicants as I myself have applied on my own and not by any consultant. There are many applicant who have been applying afterwards and I insist many who have applied withing 1 month and got meds and ppr. So in order to understand one would like to ask questions from such applicants.

Still thanks a lot for your wishes.

Dear Rocky,
I understand your opinion but I Just want to advise you that do not ask the embassy more about your case because these questions are the main reason of delaying your process. but instead let the matter goes normally.
So as your case is under processing just be patient and take a rest and everything will be ok.
The visa officers are under pressure to apply the new law of 6 to 12 months more than you.

Wish you best regards
