Hi Mokshagj I never saw an update on eCAS, it was still saying in process, whereas I got my papers and visa by post. So it may take time for the system to get updated. Thanks Mohan Madhav,
When did u check ur ecas status?
What does it says?
Did u come to know about ur decision first on website and then u received passport?

Hey Guys - I am in real confusion.
I have applied for FSW PR in JUly 09 and received my file number in Mid September 09. I have to send them my full application (docs) by Jan 10, 2010. I have all the docs ready.
My visa offfice is New Delhi.
Confusion is should I have send them Original Experience letters ? If yes, then anyone pls share their experience when they usually return it ? is this usually back with Passport stamped ? or when ?
Can you pls let me know.....Its really urgent...

You need to send original experience letter if it's mentioned in the request letter. I had to send original experience and offer letters from my current and previous organizations. Currently I have submitted my passport to CHC New Delhi as per their request. Didn't get back the originals yet. People say that they return everything once decision made and passport sent back with Visa. Let's see. |

Who told you to submit original exp certificates? They have asked for original reference letters and not for original exp certificates. you can send original ref letters from current/past companies along with photocopy of exp certificates. that is enough.

calgirl, They never return any document. It is clearly mentioned that it becomes their property once submitted. In past 10 years I have never seen a single person who got a single document back even after 100s of requests. So be careful at the time of submission.
Though people have the information that the documents are returned! It is really strange. One may start a new thread here 'People who got original documents Back'. I am quite sure no person will turn up.

Thanks to all of you for seggestions. In my full document request letter from CHC ND, it was mentioned "original experience and offer letters" with the word "original" in bold letters.I didn't dare to do otherwise.
