Dear All,
I need to send my police clearence certificate to New Delhi Visa office.
(a) Can any one of you give me the correct Postal Address of New Delhi Visa Office?
(b) Can I send the police clearence certificate through certified(Registered) Mail? Will there be someone to sign and receive the Post or I need to send by regular post
Please let me know soon.It is urgent
