New Delhi: Tax Returns or Form 16

Hi,

Has any body received a request by CHC New Delhi for Form 16 or tax returns proof. I would like to know, as I have not sent mine along with my full application as it is not mentioned in the checklist.

I have not received any request but just would like to know.

hi. if u receive the letter from new delhi chc for updated documents, then please make sure that alongwith the income tax return receipts, u shud also send the notarized photocopies of ur form 16. the main reason for this is that the income tax return receipt doesnt mention ur employer and the details of ur income. on the other hand, the form 16 mentions ur employer, details of ur income, details of ur savings etc. this clears the doubts in the minds of the people who will be processing and verifying your case and employment. in such cases, they dont carry out background check if u supply all these documents pertaining to your employment. if u have any queries, do let me know. with regards, harryk.

Now what if I have not sent it along with my full application, what is going to happen. What are the probable steps. If they call my employer, then they will verify it and my employer will authenticate is as they know I have applied for immigration

If you have any problem with the job verification or in case if you do not want the CHC to contact your employer for job related issues you can clearly mention it and write a letter stating the reasons for not willing to let the employment related details to be verified by calling them this is accepted and still to provide the genuineness of your company and your work related queries you can provide the form 16 which is a good supporting document..... let me see if i can find more information on this and will update you

Thanks for the information. My question was that I have already sent my complete file to New Delhi and I do not have any problem for New Delhi contacting my office as my office knows about it. I was asking as its not mentioned in the New Delhi check list to send Form 16 and all, what process CHC will follow. Will they contact my office only or they will send me letter asking for tax documents. I just want to be ready with the documents so that why asking. Has anybody received any request to submit tax details by New Delhi CHC.

i sent all the income tex return forms as well as balance sheets of last 5 years of my hospital. i applied under 3111 spl doctor catagory and they accepted all.

Dats wot i also wanna knoe..has anybody received the request for submitting form 16 ..do they mandatorily asks for it??

It is not mandatory if CHC wants it they will ask for it
