Come on everybody....where have u gone.not a single post on sunday..Have faith in God.
Everybody will get gud news in the coming week..let,s all pray together .I guess those who got visa got busy in preparations and those who did not are frustrated..but we have to keep alive this thread..so plz share ur feelings atleast...gud or bad....

. hi , i can understand ur situation .. v came fm london . but hw cm sm ppl who submittd in feb n even march got dere visas?? altho it depends on case to case but still they shd pick files acc. to recevd date. ( feeling frustated ...but lets nt loose hope .. i wish every1 waiting shd get it this week..

These requirements must be satisfied before an applicant may be granted permanent resident status. In this context, certain background investigations are being conducted in connection with your application. As these investigations are conducted by outside agencies, we have no purview over the processing time. We are therefore unable to give an exact time frame in which we expect to conclude the verifications on this case.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the checks are completed the next steps in this application will be determined. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

My FTH is nil and my rprf was encashed in 14th december, 2010. Still it is in process

Already ordered CAIPS/GCMS notes last month.....jst waiting for that anxiously.

hello
i applied under FSW for canada under 6242 cab. i send my file 6 june 2011, and they received on 14 june2011.after that pre issue on 12 aug2011,
ecas status is' in process' on 8 dec2011. they call my employer on 15 dec 2011. till date i did not heard any thing new delhi high comiction. can any one plz tell me why they taking that much time ..... i am waiting for my medical.

background check was/is going on.
it was halted probably for fund shortage.

nothing to do except waiting. make sure you get any letter/request of additional documents if sent from CIC.
