Sorry i missed your question earlier.
Yes I was asked for updated proof of funds along with submission of passports. This is because my family composition had changed since initial application. Initial application was for me, my wife and one kid. Had to amend it to get second kid added. I think thats why they asked for updated proof of funds for a family of four.
Hi Sukhija, My case similar to yours as my second child was born after I received medicals for my family and medicals for my second child were received and submitted later. In How Much time did u receive your visa after submitting your passports and did you receive passports directly or through your immigration consultants ? |

I got my passports back in two weeks time. Since i had not gone through any consultants, I got the passports directly, through registered post. batala dear

Those who have filed through an immigration consultant, please guide me as to whether the passports are sent to the applicants directly by CHC or are they sent to the immigration consultants first?

Hi All,
address appearing and disappearing has been going on for a while now with the same status msg DM and AR, without any clue if the application is rejected or in process. When you click on DM status it shows the same story:
We received your application for permanent residence on April 12, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 24, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision
While reading couple of posts observed that there is an additional line for few members stating something like "Your application has been transferred to ND VO or some respective visa office with a date on it"
now my question is did this additional line appear for any of the applicants who applied to ND VO?
I am a pre-june applicant NOC 4131, appreciate if someone can throw some light on this status msgs
