is there any senior member who can advise me in this please.......
My case for Immigration is as below.
first my wife got immigration visa before marriage . After marriage,Delhi office cancelled the visa of my wife as her marital status was changed to married. they asked for submission of further documents. i submitted all the documents along with our passports in February . then I got a mail from Delhi office in March that my PCC from New Zealand was pending and that they will hold my case for 90 days or until my PCC is received. the PCC was received in may . But still after more than 100 days have passed from the receipt of my PCC , I sent them mails but they replied inappropriately. The ambiguous replies convey no any clear idea about the status of my file. Also I am unable to access the online status of my file since many months.
Also I am holding Visa for New Zealand that expires in October and am not getting any report on my passports and Immigration status.
Please advise me how to proceed further. It is very tough as my file is almost inaccessible and am not getting any reply from Embassy.

Here I want to know that how many days it may take for CHC to return my passport back as my hubby lives in US and he wants to come back to India during this Diwali so we are very much worried for this as online status says it's IN PROCESS and we didn't get any reply from CHC about receiving our passports.
Awaiting for advice from experienced people.

Hi Vakta, Our PP's took about 4 months to come back, but everyone's case is different. I guess it depends on how long your security checks take, as well as how long the medicals take to be processed. You should receive an RPRF receipt soon, which will be like your confirmation that CHC has received your PP's. |

application submission-3/1/10
application reviewed n sent to new delhi-3/3/10
application started processing-12/1/11(letter asking for PP+RPRF+PCC+medicals undeliverd,,,went back)
18feb recived mail regarding undeliverd letter,so changed my mailing address,
recieved same letter with same request on 27/5/2011 on new address,
medicals delivered on 21/6/11,,,
rprf+pp+pcc sent on 4/7/11(delivered by speedpost).
1/8/11 enquired personally to NDVO,got a letter of expect reply in 10 working days.
5/8/11 recieved mail regarding Approval of PR & passports sent with CPR on 3/8/11.
surprisingly my ecas is "INPROCESS" since 01/2011,,never changed,,even today its same ,,
Thank you very much for all ur info provided which kept my hopes alive of getting PR n passports at earliest,,thanks once again

Hello everybody, I had a small query. If you are under the Provincial Nominee Program, does it take time for the stamped passports to come back. I sent my passport to the delhi office on 20 July 2011. Can anyone help me on this. Also, does it anytime happen that my passport would be delivered to my sponsor or the consultant because my medical request were sent to my sponsor. Thanks friends |
