Dear All i want to know about that i applied in april 2010 under 4131 category and recieved my file number from nova scotia in july 2010 then i submit my al documents to new delhi office in september 2010 .but still no reply and i also not recieved any file number from new delhi office is it mandetory to get another file number from new delhi office or if it is then where i have to contact please tell

may27th recieved a letter to do medicals (in 45 days),n submit RPRF,passports n pcc for wife n me. 12th june medicals done in mumbai, (went back to uk to get uk pcc for myself, as i was there for past 1yr), package with passports,RPRF,PCC (my n wife) delivered by speedpost on 4th july.... waiting for passport return ,haveto join uk job ASAP,,have 2 weeks in time(maximum),,worried alot?  ?  |

Received application for PR on Feb 11 2010. reviewed and sent letter on march 22 2010.
your application and supporting documents were received by New Delhi office. they are pending review
we transferred your application to new delhi office on march 30 2010. the delhi office may contact you.

The safest way to move funds through bank draft. You cannot take more than ten thousand dollars in cash. Its illeagle to do so. Hope this will help! -Sandeep |

I dont know if it is mandatory or not but I got it from ND VO |

Dear All,
I want to know about that in feb month i received a letter from delhi office to do medicals and submit the passports. and pcc of me. on 10 medical is done and all document and passport send to delhi office. on march end i received a mail from office that your PCC (newzealand) not reached
so your file will be on hold for 90 days or till PCC received which ever is earlier.
On first week of may i got mail and confirm of receiving my pcc. Now it almost more than 100 days gone . still not got any reply
can any tell me how much time it will take more in my case . Please advice
