Hi everyone
I have joined this forum recently and am in deep trouble........................
I sent my application  FSW1 to CIO sydney Nova Scotia which they received on 21st January 2011 and sent me a mail i.e. PER on 17th march 2011. till date my status is  Received by visa office . i have not received any communication, nor 2nd AOR from new delhi visa office. what i should do? why there is so much delay in sending the 2nd AOR? why my status is not changing to in process?
what i should do?

You are in no trouble whatsoever. You have got to be patient. Concerned VO will contact you in due course of time. Check the processing times on cic.gc.ca

As you know that I re-submitted my passport on 9th May, 2011. At that time my PCC of new passport was not ready. Now I got it. My question is that should I send the PCC to NDVO without their request, or I wait for a request from NDVO?

Sorry mate, I misinterpreted the list. Thanks for enlightening!!!

Did you submit the PCC for your old Passport.. if yes the probably you might not require to re-submit the PCC..
Because as you just renewed your Passport proves you are already undergone the police verification.. As was the case with me, at the time of full document submission I submitted the noterize copy of older passport and PCC of that Passport..
Later somebody suggested me to renew my PP to add my wife's name in my PP, also the PP validity was just 1 year at that stage..
Now at the time of Passport submission I sent them new Passport and old/cancelled Passport(no PCC of new Passport)..
So buddy I would suggest not to send anything if it is not asked at this moment, yes in case they do ask for any other document or photograph or something, you should send the PCC along with the item asked..

I had applied for Canadian Immigration in Federal Skilled worker category on 26th February,2010. I got my appliaction file number on 14th April,2010. I sent the documents on July,2010. In the endof July, 2010 I received the permanant File no. B 058783211. But since then I have received no communication When can I expect a decision?

I Think NDVO will only start work after getting new list on the wall in july. Till now they might be enjoying there summer holidays in Manali or Shimala and hopefully when they will return back to Delhi they will find new guidelines from Canada to work . I don't think that any file will move in the month of June as from the last many days we had not seen any update world wide . It is just like a silence before a big storm . The Last Medical which they has issued is only in the month of May 2011 and no med after that.Till now they had only disposed off cases of 2010 only but not even a single case from 2011 . I hope that Jan PER cases should get there MED in July or Aug as till May 2011 they had finished upto 31-12-2010
