Thanks for encouraging reply OMM  I have the basic Idea of driving and have taken classes here in India, but the place I work provides the pickup and drop and has been same for about 8-10 years so never needed to drive. I am sure with your example and encouragement I will be able pickup very quickly. Thanks for the reply. |

I drive only automatic transmission car, I never drive manual gear system car. automatic car is so easy then manual.
I teach to my wife and she get her license within 2weeks, even she never touch car stearing before and I purchaed brand new Toyota Camry car after clearing my license, still my driving record is good and no scratch on car body, still in good condition since last 5years, even I drive car from California to New york (3200miles) when I got another job last year.
dontworry if you get time learn some driving, but remember indian driving is different then USA and Canada.

Hi everyone...my ECAS status has changed to DECISION MADE and it reads as follows:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 18, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 19, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
I hope the final decision be a positive one and praying for that. Meanwhile I wish everyone get a happy news soon.

Hi rajeev, If your relative is in Canada then u just have to pay $5 for it. For that fill 2 form and sign them by u and your relative. Then send it . thanks sandeep i do not have any relative or friend in canada..............so I have to go through paid sites. OMM suggest me caips.ca. will order caips by tuesday evening if there is no ECAS update. |

Their average case processing rate has been drastically reduced avg 1 per day? More backlog after July 1, I guess. |

Hi Uzma, Can understand ur frustration. As applicants who have sent passports after us are receiving visas and we are in dark without any information. Even no update on case specific enquiry.  |

Yes, previously it used to be. But now there is no such trend. Anil have got status update yesterday. |
