I submited my pasport on 4th may 2011 along wiht RPRF.

I ahve got a confirmaition letter from vissa office that my draft is clered on 12 may 2011......

Now how much more time is required for stamping as its already been a month here...... and the ecas is still showing in processs.....

Congrats for pp submission. There is no definite time frame for visa stamping. It may take 30-60 days. Send your details to Manish in appropriate format available on this thread and be a part of tracker. Best of luck!

Are you a post 26.6 applicant? If yes, should come through any day now, if there's nothing else to flag down.

If you're a pre 26.6 applicant, cannot really say, they're being unreasonable with these guys and keeping their passports forever. Cannot understand that logic.

CIIP is a totally independent body which has nothing to do with the immigration process.. Infact they themselves mention very clearly in the session that they can neither answer nor help with your immigration questions or status..

So if they answer to your question is just based on the routine timelines that's it.. So buddy my advise is to not to rely much on their opinion though it was the standard timeline..

Well having sent passports for more than 2 months and not hearing from them is something to be worried about. Please order CAIPS notes, I am planning to do the same if my application takes longer than June. Holding passports without any explanation is unreasonable. Hope your case gets up to speed.

10  First Medical request & passport request - 20th May 2010.Requested for the postponment as they were expecting their first baby
11  Query1 solved and send: 27 nov 2010. Last query (2) solved and send: DEC 15 2010.
12  mailing address missing with ND, sent again
13  got re-medical to spouse and resubmitted on 12th March,2011
14  got re-medical to spouse
15 Passport returned for correction and resubmitted on 12th March,2011
16  ECAS 'Decision Made'
17  PNP - Provincial Nomination Program
18  Pre 28 Feb 2008 applicants

This forum made it possible and I'm so grateful to all of you. This forum and family here are a 'God Send' for me and I'd definitely want to be in touch with all of you for many more years to come..

I never thought I could apply all by myself and be successful in the first place.. Most of you here know me as a 'Senior' and a person who knows so much about FSW and immigrating to Canada that she started her own blog on immigration experiences to help spread the info around.. Let me me tell you I was a very different person 8 months back when i discovered his forum. All i had then was a 'Dream', a secret dream to live in Canada for the rest of my life.

This forum and friends here, gave me the courage to face it alone. I took a couple of months break from work and ran around to prepare the application. Those months were among the hardest and most sleepless for me .. One hurdle after another non stop and I must mention my thanks to Anil and FMA for being around then to help me. For those of you wondering what I'm talking about, you might want to realize that I was among the very few people here with TOO MANY doubts and queries and so many silly fears but I did not hesitate to ask them here.. And yes, all my queries were answered right away and now my prayers are answered too..

I once again take this opportunity to thank every one of you for being around and helping people like me. This forum is all about people willing to help round the clock.

No, I'm not leaving this forum and family here I will be around until ALL of us get visas and then we will switch over to our fb group(Yet to be created). The NDVO specific fb group is up and running though
