Finally I got my visa and passport back this morning. Many thanks for all guys who helped me on my various questions. This forum is really wonderful having many knowledged lads around and and helping each other and sharing knowledge on the immigration processing.

hi your file transfer date would be 4th or 5th November 2010, and not 23-01-2011, because as soon as we get 1st AOR, our file is transferred to ND VO, in 5 to 6 days. |

Hi all ! I am bit confused and fed up with CHC ND working
My first application is IN PROCESS since 17-Jan-2004 and nothing moved NOC-2171.
Then consultant advised me to file fresh which was submited to CIO Sydney on 22/03/2010 under NOC-0213
They reviewed and sent me a conformation on 18/05/2010 and transffered to New Delhi on 27/05/2010
I had submitted the entire documents set on 13/09/2010 to New Delhi office to which I have also received a letter
from New Delhi giving me a new file No. on 23/09/2010
Landing Fees receipt is also received
Now my status shows "IN PROCESS"
We received your application for permanent residence on March 22, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 18, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on May 27, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.
I dont know for sure why there is so much delay ... ??

I feel very sorry to bother you. I want to ask one question from you That I recd original medical on 12/01/2011 and same was completed on 14/01/2011 and therafter i recd medical furtherance letter in case of my wife of Lordotic Chest x-ray and we sent that medical furtherance on 10/02/2011 and after first medical furtherance we further recd medical furtherance of AFB smear and Culture on last week of feb. we Completed that medical furtherance on first week of march . Now in first week of MAy I hope that my DMP will recieve the reports from the Pathologist. Can u please let me know that when CHC will issue us the visa if all reports are in order.
I assume that because patholgist took complete eight weeks to issue the report there should not any abnorality in the result.
Some of the persons are saying that CHC will take only 3 weeks to issue visa.
Kindly give your view and write your mind on this issue.

Hey Manish, GAv, MayankPandya, you all are right. After updating my profile in Manish's thread, today morning I checked my e-cas status shows "DECISION MADE". After clicking on that there is a lIne
"Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "
Is it means that I get the Visa?
If yes than its true that after posting my detail in Manish's thread, with in a week, I can see my status "decision made".
Now my question is, when my stamped passport will be at my home? How much time it will take?
