Hi all 0213

I can see lot many 0213 in Green. Lets form a group and share all the efforts we are putting to search for a job. Best practices being followed and success stories we have for similar IT Manager groups. This will bring synergy and will help us stand in good position in Canada asap. Few of the things I am observing that all of us are doing the below mentioned things but separately and may be not the best way

Great point but only problem with this forum is not being able to share documents, database, voting and other features in which Yahoo & Google group is excellent. These groups are really designed to be a share point. Let me know if you find it OK.

Well i didn't know about pompi as has not been coming to the forum lately.......in this case i am stumped again and will go back to my original statement.....no one knows how CHC works....and we are suffering because of that.....

Hi, thats true even I am surprised with the speed i got my visa...even I had travel history to couple of countries.....After I sent my medical it just took 7 days for them to stamp and 5 more days to deliver.....so there isn't any way to predict the timeline......

Fed up of Waiting  for post man, fell like lot of opportunity  walked through my ways and i kicked it because of Canadian Visa and here i am standing without opportunity that i was offered as job nor i have  Canadian visa

"technically there is server as BackEND and Ecas website as Font end, data is updated on database on server and server reflects it on website that is Ecas , what i think being a technical background is there are triggers that don't allow certain updation at a time and that results in data loss. like in our case Address is missing

Address of each applicant is located under the name of each applicant, but suddenly its disappearing may be i thinks so is because    the triggers are getting fired from the server  "

as explained by someone about random changes in ECAS . i think this is most appropriate answer to understand the random changes which happens in the Ecas other then guessing.

I am one of the silent observers of this forum. Although I was silent throughout but I really wanted to convey my heartfelt thanks to everyone in this forum which in many ways helped me tremendously.

I am among the longest waiting candidates for canadian visa in your forum. I was losing hope when this forum helped me.

My canadian visa application history is - (you can iclude my details in your data sheet too)
Application date - 23-Oct-2009
File Transfer - 30-Dec-2009
In process - 10-Sep-2010
Med & pp submit - 15-Oct-2010
Decision Made & Visa recd - 1-Mar-2011

All I am worried about is a job there...

Stev & Gav don't loose heart. I have waited too long (probably maximum in this forum) & after so much of frustration got my visa ultimately... your visa will also come soon...

none of our current employers got a call from the embassy.

as far as i know embassy has some other ways to do the verification without even letting the employer know. since they don't want that any harm may happen to our current employment in any way by doing the verification with the current employer.

although i am not sure if the verification calls were made to our previous employers.
