Was frustrated seeing error message for last five days. Logged in to check my status, took unusually long time to show the result. But, it was worth waiting. It showed DECISION MADE.
We received your application for permanent residence on August 26, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 14, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 23, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Hi sandeep, did you send any email to them....this is too much of torture...  you can visit the high commission and enquire about it.... Hi laklak, I have already sent a general enquiry to ndvo last week, as they dont bother to answer case specific enquiry. Hope, I will get reply very soon. When have you done your medicals and when did you send your RPRF dd? How many days NDVO took to encash your RPRF fees?
Medicals completed on May 24th. RPRF was sent on June 8 and it was encashed on June 20th. |

After the June (especially between 6 & 18) bumper month looks like some fresh movement gaining momentum.... 3 DM's & counting..... Keep the good news flowing in....  However it does seem that pre 26 June applicants only get e-cas updates on Tuesdays..... so this Tuesday we might see updates for some pre 26 June applicants getting DM''s too.... |

Can you think of any probable reason why NDVO waited more than 3 months after your RPRF encashment?
RPRF encashment has nothing to do with any procedural action on your file. It is handled separately by the accts. dept. of CHC & any payment sent to CHC is encashed in a routine manner irrespective of the status your case is in. The difference in time of encashment is just due to procedural actions that take place before the DD reaches the accts. Dept.! Any retro action thereafter like rejection of file, or non issue of Visa, the fees is refunded if it is in a refundable stage... |
