Dear All,

By Grace of GOD, Blessing of My parents and support from members here ,I got my PP with Visa Stampped today. and of course, I got tremendous help from this thread. I am really thankful to each and every member of this thread for creating such wonderful supportive atmoshpere. I Pray to GOD that all members of this thread, get their visa soon. and ofcourse, I also believe that after becoming member of this thread, I got the Visa.

In the mean time I have Informed CHC ND via case specific enquiry Portal.


Do I need to follow any other step to inform CHC ND ? or Anything else. Please suggest.

First of all many congratulations for the kid..

If you want to add your new child to your application (as accompanying family member), you must pay the processing fee CAD 150. Also send the passport copy & birth certificate alongwith the cover letter explaining how your family composition (previously to new) has changed. Relevant forms Schedule1 , Additional Family info, Application for PR in Canada need updating too.

Still you can confirm with seniors or can do some more research on the forum, I bet there will be number of applicants like you..

I haven't decided yet on landing , As i have until march 2012 to land and also i have been there in canada as student,i will take time ..

and also will plan to land with a job so that it will be easy transition..

Guys, sorry for being late to update the tracker as I was rushing towards booking my tickets and opening bank account for Proof of landing fund..

Its just yesterday that I 've booked my tickets for toronto dated 6th july.. So just 26 days to go and lots of things to do..

I would also like to join this thread ... My passports are lying with CHC NEw Delhi since 27th July ...My timelines are in signature column ..

I have just sent a letter to CHC NEW Delhi to relase my landing paper.I turn , they have replied with discrepancies in my sons' date of birth ..

I have already actioned on their letter in a following for everyones' reference


I have already been to Metropolitan city office... They have corrected my sons' date of birth ..Now I will be sending Birth certificate issued by Hospital and minor certificate issued by Ministry of home affairs which has has been issued to get his passport ..

All these documents have same date of birth ...


I will be forwarding these documents along with an explnation letter and letter from CHC to CHC New Delhi on Sunday ..CHC will receive by Monday ..

Will my action will suffice the need of CHC New Delhi ?
Can anyone suggest me how long CHC will take to decide on my case

Hello Subash,
How did you correspond with ND VO? We have sent a case specific inquiry on May 12 and still no answer.
Birth certificates from Metropolitan office should satisfy and should have both translated English and notarized from the notary office. Also, the time it takes to process case depends entirely on the nature of case. However for pre-june apps the date of visa issued is within 6 weeks of passport submission/medicals. hope that is the case.
