nsukan,my consultant also told me same thing,and i forced to them to send the one e-mail,
just only for knowing the status that where we are,
and they sent the mail to CHC and result is in front of u.
i just only know that we are just remind them,and they r taking so much time.
i only just pray 4 u guys that visa will come in the next week.

hi stev, i had send the query after 2 months after medical,i got general reply from them.then again after 3 months (i.e. after 1 month from previous enquiry) i had asked for status again..then i got the below reply Dear Sir/Madam, This is in response to your recent enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi. Please understand that our office cannot provide you with updates by email on a regular basis, but rest assured that we will contact you if any action is required on your part. This seems to be not a good reply...i had shared this thing before in this forum. so don't know its right idea to ask for status or not... Yes that is not true,
5 months before when i emailed CHC they gave a generic reply but just after 1 week my status turned to in-process and then medical
I think i may send a case specific inquiry , What is your opinion Navvy100, Did you send before you got visa
Any member of this thread , we should send a case specific inquiry or not

All 1 more query, The fingerprints which we sent to FBI for PCC was took by the person with some ink , not electronical and he charged Rs. 10,000 for both of us.
Does anybody also sent like that ? or somebody sent electronic ? Is there any way of electric finger prints ?
Because might be as fingerprints was taken by ink are the rejection reasong for my wife's fingerprints
Anybody has any idea/thoughts on this please, who applied for FBI PCC ??

received a similar mail. They have standard templates to answer. unable to decide it is a good idea to send a mail at this stage. But I feel defenitely not case specific enquiry at this stage.

I HAVE ONE QUERY PLEASE,,, alongwith visa chc has asked to update everything if there is any change in profile like birth of chil,divorce etc.... my wife is pregnant and we r expecting baby in late july.... and i m moving to canada in mid march,,,do i need to update this info or not?  if yes,,,,will dis effect my case any way? please help  |

Can any one help me how to find out whether the DD (for RPRF) we sent to CHC, ND has been encashed or not.. FYI, I sent a D.D. from my bank (HDFC) dated 2nd Feb.. I called over phone banking to know the DD status but the representative told me that it will be only possible from the drawer i.e. CHC ND..  I am really worried whether CHC has received it or not.. I don't want to mess at the last stage.. So wanted to make sure everything is correct from my end.. Please members help me out.. - Manish |

they told me they cant tell its cashed or not....
later i got the receipt from chc dat draft has been cashed in.
nearly 10 days after medical

I called them again.. and this time the representative told me to visit the branch from where I issued the DD.. They only can check the update of DD.. So will go to bank on Monday.. - Manish me 2 sent from hdfc.
