I need some advice about PCC ( police celerance certificate) for canada. Is fresh or valid PCC required before I enter Canada first time??

Hey Congratulations to you and your family...
I have got DM status yesterday...my Indian address is also  changed to Canada address.....I am hoping for the best......normally how much time does it takes to get the passports.....how do they send the passports by courier/bluedart or by normal post?  please let me know if somebody knows...
