I want to knw ny 1 from 3215.

Hi Members..I'm a very new member here and wants to share experience of new added baby into process for only MI-3 applicants.My timeline is, NOC 3215 and I've applied on 06/12/11, Got PER on 17/01/12 and AOR on 21/02/12..We were bless with a Son on 07/02/12.
I requested CHC NDVO to updated my family info with new born baby on 19/03/12 and our DD got cashed after a week..We are still waiting for Medical from New Delhi..How long it can take to get MR

Any MI-3 member have added a baby to "in process" case please share time line..I'll be heartily thankful to you for this

Very embarrassing boski, but you are still lucky to file from NDVO coz LVO

is very slow and ppl haven't got their AOR/MR from same time line as yours!! Baki wait hi kar sakde ho,

u have travel history, so their is delay in your process!! Mei vi UK reha haan 7 saal, assi last year vapis aa gaye c..

.          hanji mai punjab to ha.. near jalandhar. bada mushkil ho reha wait karna kyuki asi london tu sirf visa len hi aye c... sara din vehle baith k ecas chk kar kar k thak gaye ha.( .... jinni speed nal MR tak kam hoea c sochea c visa v jaldi aa jaega. but u knw highly unpredictable NDVO making many like us sick.               regards.        boski

Tips before Medicals:

Members if you are physically fit .....there is really no reason to worry. This few tips should definitely be followed before going for Medicals as precaution.

1 WEEK BEFORE THE TEST:

• Stick to a healthy balanced diet.
• Mininise intake of salt.
• Avoid excessively fatty or spicy foods.

3 DAYS BEFORE THE TEST:

• Do not consume alcohol 72 hours before the test. It can cause liver enzyme levels to rise.

1 DAY BEFORE THE TEST:

• Don't consume any caffeine product. It increases the blood pressure.
• Avoid nasal decongestants and pain killers unless absolutely necessary.
• Don't do strenous exercises like jogging,gym training or swimming.

12 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST:

• Get a good night's sleep. It will ensure normal blood pressure.
• Do not eat or drink anything, except water, 8-10 hours before the test.

1/2 HOURS BEFORE THE TEST:

• Don't use any form of tobacco or engage in strenous activity.
• Just sit back and relax.

Some time we have good days when lots of ecas updates
sometime boring day when no change in ecas come...
