As mentioned by Babbu & Spartan; i would ask you to send a FAX as well as a CSE.

Make sure that dont ask for your passport back just ask for the progress of the case & if you have any specific concern then write them straight away. If you need any more help please feel free to get back to us...

hi friends..................... i submit my pp since 17 jan........after long waiting finally  i got this email 27/04/2012 ..Request you to please provide us with your INDIAN MAILING ADDRESS, as we do not mail passports outside India/Nepal. Since we are in the final stage of finalizing your application, your response per return would be appreciated.Please note that the medical validity of your application will be expiring by 1 December 2012....i send my Indian mailing address by blue dart and it already received by visa office on 29/04/2012......its almost one month now for waiting but still the ecas  is same in process and medical received ..........i came here from Canada to submit pp from 13 jan.... .....i dnt know what i do now...i m so sad due to waiting......anybody pl guide and suggest me and also who facing same like me.......i hv one more question....i have Representative consultant  at canada.....my all email come to his email address from ndvo....if i want to send email from own email adress to visa office then can i send it or they accept it?? or i need to ask my consultant to email to visa office??

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I have similar experience... I have not been asked to submit my passport at the time of medical request instead they asked me to provide Indian mailing address which I did but still I am waiting for PPR.

I sent them CSE but I got following reply...
