actually I am waiting for passport request as they didn't ask to submit  in medical letter,  as they ask for my Indian mailling address.. Yes I have been to UK and Philippines..

I have submitted my PCC and they ask for marriage questionnaire I have submitted all documents.
Hopefully I will get it Passport request from NDVO.

first of all congratulation on UR anniversary!! Well...I have observe from your reply that
CIC is doing SC coz both applicants are from different counties!! If you have submitted
all the docs as mentioned below..there shouldn't be a problem!! You can send a case enquiry
to CHC NDVO about the progress..as there is no harm, Where do u live now a day..India/Phil/UK?
All in all..the reason of delay is " PA and dependent from different country" More cross-check and Security
check may b required!! There is a handsome chance of interview and I know many ppl have submitted their
passport to VO after successful interview!! So believe in God and pray for good!!

I get married May 2011 and we applied August so is just 3 months by the time we applied. we don't have baby yet, and yes they ask for photos  and we did submit such as; casual photos, reception, Holidays,  and marriage photos.. even we also include my parents consent and visa to Philippines as my wife she  is from Philippines and she joined me in UK as a spouse visa.
yes we did submit marriage certificate from (NSO) National Statistics Office..
Do you think we expect interview as i believe they will call for an interview before MR issue... we did submit my MR on March 29 and other docs.

If they have any doubt on marriage or any doc fraud then they call before issuing the MR and if they have doubt in security then they call after MR...

I just forgot man what did they tell u against your CSE.

@  babbu, Rawlin....I think they are happy with my documents. I sent cse and asked them to update my Indian mailing and if I need to send passport now or wait for their request...  address as we both are in Indian now. They replied to me saying they will forward my request to relevant department...than after two days i got another reply saying the information provided has been noted... which dint make any sense as I ask them if they need my passport now or later... please find my medical request bellow.. and my progress until now...

Cant comment any thing on the way NDVO works as its been a while for you & iit could finish at any time.

Dont know that what it stopping them to give you PPR & stamp ur visa. our friend  Sidestep is also a good example that you dont know that how much time CIC will take to issues visa after PP submission so ...................

coz above three reason, there is little delay in your process!! Sorry to know about your wife's visa status in India...
There are couple of complication,VO from ND can't make a decision by him/her self on complicated case like yours,they have
to follow law and instruction back from Canada!! Your wife must be a Philippine passport holder and Visa office must b confused
coz of it!! but don't worry U both shall get your PPR very soon..they can't keep u on hold for very long
