NEW DELHI 2003 Passport submitted post meds 5 months ago and waiting

Waiting since April 15, 2009 when i sent my passports, RPRF and took medicals. ( the request came all together)  4 months and No visa yet. 

Any in same/similar boat?  call me 0997 111 2491 Im in New Delhi, India

I studied in canada in the year 1998-2000

I have been waiting since 2009 April to get my passport back with VISA.

I had applied under the point system and had 70 points according to my caips

No one would be able to suggest anything till you provide your case complete details, i.e. when applied, what code etc etc.

Medical+RPRF+Passport Request with Foreign Travel Form came on: April 6, 2009

I ordered Caips in June 2009

Eligibility: 70 points were given
CPIC: Canada Police Check: No Concerns

it showed my home address in New Delhi as verified

Also showed that SEC CRIM ( Security & Criminal Check was Pending and was marked ''3'') which means incomplete

My Medical was shown as assessed in top condition M01

Officers comments said that " I am satisfied that the PA ( principla applicant) has worked as a vocational trainer in the field NOC 4131 for 4 years + and has done essential and the main duties of the job.

Also said the PA makes 70 points and hence meets the minumum requirement to qualify as a Skilled worker.

contact chc delhi.   Most of the people have got it in a maximum of 6 weeks however these are the fast track ones. 
check out timelines from trackitt.com.

but i personally feel you should contact CHC as to why they are sitting over it for so long even if it is the 2003 case and not the fast track one.

Hi vasantvihar,

I have sent my passport, rprf, medical and IELTS on 25th may. I have applied under noc 4121. Still i m not getting my passport back with visa.

I have also sent them an e-mail about asking my status. they have replied that the final review for my application is still pending? Do you know what it means? and stil any chances for rejection?

I am very depressed right now and confused what to do?

Well, if you were me, you wouldve committed suicide,.

What it means for your case is that they have upto 2-3 months to finalise it. So be patient. And order CAIPS if you need info.
