Welcome to the club LITTLEJAI.   Smiley

Expect to have the PPR letter sent to you  17days or more from the time your sponsor received the approval letter (based in Manila timeline).  Grin Grin

Mine was,  37days after, since the letter was sent  from Manila VO to Alberta (my mailing address). it took so long!   Shocked

Keep your faith, you'll get yours soon. . .

HI, Thanks... Cant wait! i so want to be with my husband. Wink

hi hopetoland, you're welcome in here.
I cant answer your question directly why Berlin needs 13. However, im sure this article would give you an idea. Good luck to your application. Grin

Q: How long is the processing time?
Although there is an average timeline at each visa office, each and every application is different and unique so there is no fixed processing time. In general, visa officers usually process Family Class (spouse, common-law partner and conjugal partner) cases within one year, but the application processing time depends on many different factors such as current workload and backlog at a visa office, how organized your application package is, if your application is error-free, if your application package has appropriate supporting documents, if you are invited for the interview, how fast CIC (Citizenship and Immigration Canada) conclude your security/background check, if you need to re-take the medical exam, etc. If your application package is not organized or has errors and/or incorrect documents, it might get returned or your visa officer might request that you come in for an interview (if your application is not rejected). Resubmitting an application and attending the interview will delay an application processing time.http://www.borderconnections.com/faq.html#processing-time

I am soo anxious now..waiting for my letter to land and finally have a vacation in Cancun or Cabo San Lucas!!!

I will be posting with any updates about my landing experience in cic Edmonton after this long long wait
18 months, sometimes they said is better apply outland,I don't think so inland you can be with your love and don't be apart plus you can apply for OWP and do a bunch of activities together, instead being in chat or phone,we sleep together everynight I am glad we take de route Inland.
