Is anybody have any idea about new rules, that it will come on July 1st 2012 ?

they calculate my education differently from which i did.
so now i have to re do it again Sad
just 6 more days to see new rules and start all over agin ......

They did same with me....miscalculation on my education point



I sent them  reconsideration request and they accepted their mistake and approved my request

The likeliest time the new "rules" will be announced will be in the Gazette which issued on a Friday, so therefore Friday 29th June would be a good bet.

However, it is possible that nothing will change and that they will merely reset the caps.

Just have to wait and see. Only a few more days now.

Hi regarding today news, that no application will be accepted for fsw1 till Jan. 2013 .....Is anybody know what kind of trade they are looking for 2013??
