can nonresidents take the drivers exam and get learners permits/licenses in new Brunswick?

it looks like you'd have to be a resident there but it's possible that it's ok for you to be on a temporary resident visa as long as you are staying in NB and have an address there. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you can find their email and contacts and ask them.
