hi....I have applied under FSW 4131, sent full documents on sept 9, 2010. Now we have a baby girl born to us. Pls let me know is it mandatory to inform CHC regarding this ? What are the formalities to do now....thanks

Of course you have to update your VO, send the updated forms IM0008, original birth certificate, travel document copy, the related fees, photos... Etc. Please check your VO specific instruction.
