It appears that you haven't fully read www.cic.gc.ca  If you are applying to Buffalo, you don't use SAP.  For a PCC from the UK see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.html

Pinks:

First READ CIC Website as suggested by PMM.

Then fill the application for Buffalo. Later, when you are requested by CIC for police clearance than only write to UK Police clearance at the following address:

Metropolitan Police
Public Access Office
Dol2 (3-3)
20th Floor Empress State Building
Empress Approach
Lillie Road
London, England
SW6 1TR

Hi

Hi:

Please read the checklist for Buffalo Appendix A, Section 10  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf
You have to include all your PCCs with the application.

ThankQ PMM.

So reading this checklist luks like I need to wait for 1-2 months to get my PCC.

I already applied one before at the chicago embassy but did not get any response to that.

One more question on PPC.

I live in Nebraska, can I apply in chicago Indian Embassy?? They rules are different in San Franscisco and Chicago..

Looks like chicago can send me the PCC in 7-10days if I pay more.

Please advice.

he sent me the checklist which did not mention anything abt the PCC.

Please advice.

True.

In my case, the Officer didn't ask for PCC from India. I never gave them any.
Awaiting my Visa from NY Consulate.

Yes, certain fees where cash is allowed over the counter, you can pay in US$.
But in certain applications, either you give them MO in Canadian Dollars or International MO in US$.
