new baby's passport

I applied before 26th June but unfortunately my application was sent back to me because of the payment declined.

Now i want to apply again with full documents to CIO as I have collected all required documents now but  we have just been blessed with a new baby so i do not have baby's passport and visa for the UK as it will take time to get them.

Can I apply now without baby's passport and Visa for UK(whick are required under visa office specific documents list) to CIO? Please advise. Many thanks.

I would recommend that u meet the required conditions before sending the application

I feel you should wait till u get d baby's passport. Cos there will be many lopes in ur application form and Background declaration if u decide to leave d baby out of the picture in this first stage of the application. And remember d date of birth is obviously after u filled ur application which will raise a lot of suspicion from the visa officers.

Thanks all for the reply but it will really take long time to get the passport and visa .
I have seen before people have applied without baby's passport but just had written applied for in the field of passport no, so can I not do the same in my case? If cap is reached I have to wait long time.

In that case, u lose nothing by applying with d child's birth cert, keeping the passport in view. Hoping CIO doesn.t return d package. If it scales thru the eligibility review  GREAT. iF it doesn't at least u gave it a shot. Just remember to write an explaination why u are unable to send the Passport and see how it goes.
