New application package

Hi all,

Can someone tell me if I understood this new instructions correctly:
1. You don't need to send work experience evidence for secondary applicant anymore
2. Transcripts from university don't need to be in university sealed envelope anymore (and I still don't understand if that could be certified copy or must be actual original - I got my original with diploma - Diploma supplement, and I can't obtain another copy from university, so what should I do?)

My aplication was received on 14th july, I sent the old aplication package, they could return my package :-( or not? because the webpage,.The could request me later some extra documents??? to complete the new package=?
