New applicant - I need an urgent help plz.

Hi there:
I have just started filling in my immigration application. But, I confronted some problamatic questions in some of the forms.......actually, I really need your help guys....It's urgent...plz help me...
The questions are:

The first document:

Application IMM 0008:

1)       Should I provide this form with my photo and my spouse's photo?

2)   On which criteria should I depend when I answer question "20";which city I intend to live in Canada ?

3)   Question "19", should I write my citizenship identity card number or my residential identity card number??
 


The fifth document:

Document checklist:

1)   I can't understand the required form in number "7"? Could I get a full illustration of it? The required form is:( 2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English and the other in the native language)

NOT SURE... IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR ABILITY TO SETTLE - WHERE U LIKE OR WHERE U SEE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR UR IMMIGRATION. IN FACT IF U DECIDED TO MIGRATE THAT MEANS U R LOOKING 4SOMETHING OR ATTRACTED BY SOME ...ALL THAT WILL GUIDE UR CHOICE ( IN MY CASE, I'LL SAY I SPEAK FLUENTLY FRENCH SO I OPTED 4 QUEBEC PLUS I HAVE A BROTHER & A LOT OF FRIENDS IN MONTREAL  SO I TOOK MONTREAL AS CITY!) SOMETHING MIGHT BE GUIDING YOUR DECISION TO GO TO CANADA ...LOOK FOR THAT & PLUS WHERE U THINK MIGHT HELP U GET THROUGH THIS PROCESS AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.....JOB OPPRTUNITY ...COST OF LIVING....I DON'T KNOW !

3)   Question "19", should I write my citizenship identity card number or my residential identity card
number??

IT WAS CONFUSING 4 ME TOO AND I WROTE "N/A" ( NOT APPLICABLE) - I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM W/ IT
I SHOULD HAVE WROTE MY CITIZENSHIP IDENTITY CARD # IF THEY WERE INSISTING ! ( DON'T TAKE MY WORD 4IT!!!!)

SINCE I AM QSW I WASN'T CONCERN ABOUT THAT BUT ALL I UNDERSTOOD IS TO PROVIDE A STICKER THAT HAS YOUR ADRESS ONE IN ENGLISH & THE OTHER ONE IN ARABIC JAPANEES...WHATEVER COUNTRY U 4RM IN MY CASE COULD HAVE BEEN ONE IN ENGLISH & ONE IN FRENCH (E.G. IF U 4RM USA U'LL ONLY PROVIDE 2 BOTH IN ENGLISH; SAMETHING IF U 4RM GHANA  OR  ONE IN ENGLISH AND ONE IN ARABIC IF U 4RM ARABIC COUNTRY....HOPE THIS HELP!)

ASK OTHER PEOPLE IN THE FORUM 2C WHAT THEY DID IN THAT CASE

Hi,

If you are applying with your spouse then you need to add her photo too.
Which city is your choice. Montreal, toronto?... or which even you prefer.
If you have an identity card just give details. If not answer "not applicable".
Give a copy of you passport where your details are shown.
Enclose  your mailing address labels in Englsh and in your local language.

I am really thankfull for ur answer sir. But,

1- for the question: my  identity card number.....I am Syrian and live in Saudi Arabia....I have syrian card number,and have Saudi card number, whuch number should i write??? the citizenship number or the residential number???

2- in the application,they ask for an original copy of my mailing address lables....I don't understand that....How can I get the original copy???? What should I do exactly????
