NEVER RECEIVED 1ST AOR - APRIL 2010 APPLICANT

I am a FSW Applicant and sent my Initial application and Bank Draft  in Nova Scotia on April 2010,
its been 8 months and still haven't receive my 1st AOR.
I have tried contacting the call center, they told me there is a 7 months
delay on the processing time. They told me to wait until February 2011.

I am so worried.... is there anybody who has the same situation as me?

Are you saying you haven't received an email from Nova Scotia CIC ? then do the below mentioned.

Can you check with your bank where you got the bank draft made whether it has been en cashed or not. Reason it should have been en cashed by now if not try calling them again as its not possible 7 months.

Dear jhaice,

You need to do following:-

1) Check whether the payment is made ( ur draft is encashed or not) and get the details of payment , if made.

2) Get the Tracking details from courier from which you had sent.

3) When you have the information i.e. payment details & tracking details
    - call CIC and give the details what you have including your name, dob,etc
    - send an email to london offfice (if your VO is london) or the respective email id depending upon your 
      VO email id.

I had applied in 4th May-10 and got the AOR on 24th Oct-10.
